- Work closely with cross-functional teams (agile team, engineering, design) to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, ensuring that business goals and user needs are met.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.
- Lead and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, driving product development excellence.
- Continuously improve product processes, removing roadblocks and ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize business

- Mentor and guide junior Product Owners, offering coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
Required skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, with at least 8 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of product management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that align with business strategy.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Expertise in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and creating product roadmaps.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to inform product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead discussions at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and ensuring continuous improvement.
