Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual communication and design principles, with a proven ability to create high-quality, on-brand graphics for a variety of marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Better to have:

• Ability or high familiarity with motion graphic design
• Good knowledge of global financial markets 
• English proficiency above 70%.
