It’s essential that the candidate MUST have:
- Strong ability to write efficient, maintainable, and clean code that adheres to modern software development standards.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in React.js, along with proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and core OOP principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC with at least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong coding and design skills with an eye for performance and scalability.
- Experience working with multiple databases, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, servers, and database environments.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp both technical and functional aspects of solutions.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a challenging, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in ERP and CRM systems is a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and demonstrate solutions using clean and structured code, supported by flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Produce well-organized, optimized, and thoroughly documented source code.
- Work independently when needed, while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Deliver all tasks with high attention to detail and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other developers to design and implement new features and modules.

Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
