About the Role
RCOINX, a digital asset platform developed by Noavaran Tejarat Pars, is seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our product team in Tehran.
You will be responsible for designing and improving both our web and mobile experiences, helping shape a fast-growing crypto trading ecosystem built with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile (iOS & Android)
- Create intuitive user experiences for key features such as Sign-up, KYC, Trading, Wallets, P2P, and Staking
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend/backend developers, and marketing teams
- Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms
- Conduct UX research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on analytics and user insights
- Deliver interactive prototypes (preferably in Figma) to clearly communicate user journeys and interactions
- Ensure clarity, usability, and accessibility across all screens and devices
Requirements
- Proven experience designing UI/UX for both web and mobile applications, preferably in fintech or crypto industries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, user-focused design work
- Proficiency in Figma (knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus)
- Solid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines as well as Material Design principles
- Familiarity with Atomic Design Systems and component-based workflows
- Good command of the English language (reading, writing, and teamwork)
- Strong learning ability, problem-solving mindset, and collaboration skills
- Must be based in Tehran and able to work on-site, full-time in our office
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial dashboards, trading UIs, or staking systems
- Familiarity with frontend implementation handoff (React, Next.js, React Native)
- Basic understanding of blockchain and crypto concepts
