Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers to design and implement user-friendly interfaces for our logistics software.
- Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective UI/UX designs for marketing materials.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity and overall vision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and previous projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to speak English well.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection, preferably fiber optic.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must be available for at least 4 hours during Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to attend daily meetings and other necessary meetings.
- Working hours are based on Vancouver, Canada daytime.
