شرح شغل:

• نظارت و مدیریت عملیات روزمره حسابداری
• توسعه و اجرا‌ی استراتژی‌های مالی مرتبط با عملیات شرکت
• تضمین صحت و دقت گزارش‌های مالی
• مدیریت فرآیندهای بودجه‌بندی و پیش‌بینی مالی
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهبود کارایی مالی
• آماده‌سازی گزارش‌های مالی برای ارائه به هیئت مدیره

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط با مالی، حسابداری یا بانکداری
• تجربه‌ی کاری مناسب به عنوان مدیر حسابداری در صنعت داروسازی
• تسلط به قوانین و مقررات مالی محلی و بین‌المللی
• مهارت‌های رهبری و توانایی هدایت یک تیم حرفه‌ای
• دقت بالا و توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی

This role is pivotal in managing and guiding the financial health of our company, ensuring accuracy and conformity with established accounting principles.

*Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage and coordinate budgetary processes to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flows and financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

*Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Extensive experience in accounting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
