کلاسینو دنبال یک Social Media Manager حرفه‌ایه که سوشال رو «استراتژیک» ببینه و بتونه با محتوا رشد فالوور و افزایش اینگیجمنت واقعی بسازه.

مسئولیت‌ها
طراحی و اجرای استراتژی سوشال (هدف، پیام، ستون‌های محتوا، تقویم)
ساخت و مدیریت پلن Growth برای اینستاگرام (و سایر شبکه‌ها در صورت نیاز)
همکاری اثربخش با تیم تولید محتوا: ایده/سناریو ریلز و استوری، کپشن، CTAهای رشدساز
مدیریت کامیونیتی (کامنت/DM) و افزایش تعامل
تحلیل و گزارش KPIها: Retention، Save/Share، Follow Rate، ER و بهینه‌سازی مداوم

نیازمندی‌ها
تسلط به الگوریتم‌ها و فاکتورهای رشد اینستاگرام (Hook، Retention، Shareability، CTA)
تجربه رشد ارگانیک و ارائه نمونه‌کار/Case
نگاه دیتامحور و توان اجرای سریع
آشنایی با فضای آموزش/کنکور مزیت محسوب می‌شه

Clasino is looking for a professional Social Media Manager who sees social "strategically" and can grow followers and increase real engagement with content.

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing social strategy (goal, message, content columns, calendar)
Building and managing growth plan for Instagram (and other networks if needed)
Effective cooperation with the content production team: idea/scenario, rails and stories. Captions, growth-generating CTAs
Community management (comment/DM) and increased engagement
Analysis and reporting of KPIs: Retention, Save/Share, Follow Rate, ER and continuous optimization

Requirements
Mastery of Instagram algorithms and growth factors (Hook, Retention, Shareability, CTA)
Organic growth experience and case presentation
Data-oriented view and ability to quickly execute
Familiar with Training/contest space is an advantage
