رئیس حسابداری | Head of Accounting

نظارت و سرپرستی تیم حسابداری و تخصیص وظایف
کنترل ثبت‌های حسابداری، اسناد دریافتنی و پرداختنی، تنخواه و خزانه
همکاری در تهیه و کنترل صورت‌های مالی و گزارش‌های مدیریتی دوره‌ای
نظارت بر بهای تمام‌شده پروژه‌ها (Costing) و تحلیل‌های مالی مرتبط
کنترل حساب‌های کل و معین، انجام مغایرت‌گیری‌ها و بستن دوره‌های مالی
تهیه و ارسال اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی، ارزش افزوده، معاملات فصلی و انجام کلیه تکالیف قانونی
مشارکت در طراحی، اصلاح و اجرای فرآیندهای مالی استاندارد
همکاری موثر با واحدهای فنی و بازرگانی و نهادهای ذی‌ربط
تعامل با حسابرس داخلی و مستقل و پاسخگویی به گزارش‌ها
ارائه تحلیل‌های مالی جهت تصمیم‌سازی مدیرعامل و هیئت‌مدیره
شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌های موردنیاز:

حداقل 7 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط و حداقل 3 سال تجربه مدیریت یا سرپرستی تیم
تسلط کامل بر استانداردهای حسابداری، قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و تجارت
تسلط پیشرفته بر Excel و آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مالی (نوسا)
توانایی مدیریت تیم، دقت بالا، تصمیم‌گیری موثر و برخورد حرفه‌ای
توانایی مدیریت فشار کاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا
سابقه فعالیت در خیریه ها ، NGO یا شرکت های پروژه‌محور مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

A reliable and active group in the field of charity, in order to complete and guide its financial unit, invites qualified people to cooperate for the position of head of accounting.

Monitoring and supervising the accounting team and assigning tasks
Control of accounting records, receivable and payable documents, salary and treasury
Cooperation in the preparation and control of financial statements and periodic management reports
Monitoring the costing of projects and related financial analysis
Controlling total and specific accounts, making discrepancies and closing financial periods
Preparing and sending tax declarations, added value, quarterly transactions and performing all legal duties
Participation in the design, modification and implementation of standard financial processes
Effective cooperation with technical and commercial units and relevant institutions
Interacting with internal and independent auditors and responding to reports
Providing financial analysis for CEO and board of directors decision making
Required competencies and skills:

At least 7 years of relevant work experience and at least 3 years of management or team leadership experience
Complete mastery of accounting standards, tax laws, insurance and business
Advanced mastery of Excel and familiarity with financial software (Nusa)
Team management ability, high accuracy, effective decision making and professional approach
Ability to manage work pressure and high responsibility
Experience in charities, NGOs or project-oriented companies is an advantage.
