شرایط احراز:
مدرک تحصیلی: حداقل کارشناسی معماری
سابقه کار:حداقل 5 سال سابقه فعالیت حرفه‌ای در زمینه پروژه‌هایی با کیفیت طراحی و اجرای بالا
تسلط کامل به اتوکد
تسلط به Layout و Sheet set در اتوکد
تسلط بر توسعه طرح و نقشه ها در رفت و برگشت با طراحان پروژه
تسلط بر ضوابط شهرداری، آتش نشانی و نظام مهندسی
آشنایی با دیسیپلین های دیگر ساختمان
آشنایی با مدلسازی سه بعدی

شرح شغل:
توسعه نقشه های معماری پروژه در فازهای 1 و 2 در هماهنگی با طراح پروژه
انجام کوردینیشن میان دیسیپلین های مختلف و تولید نقشه های نهایی
تهیه نقشه های شهرداری و تهیه نقشه ها و مدارک ارسالی بین دیسیپلینهای سازه و تاسیسات

Eligibility:
Educational degree: at least Bachelor of Architecture
Work experience: at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of projects with high design and implementation quality
Complete mastery of AutoCAD
Mastery of Layout and Sheet set in AutoCAD
Mastery of developing plans and maps in back-and-forth with project designers
Mastery of municipal regulations, fire department and engineering system
Familiarity with other disciplines Building
Familiarity with 3D modeling

Job description:
Development of project architectural plans in phases 1 and 2 in coordination with the project designer
Coordinating between different disciplines and producing final plans
Preparing municipal plans and preparing plans and documents sent between structural and facility disciplines
