We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Tester to join our team! As a Software Tester at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the testing efforts for frontend and backend components of our software applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
- Conduct manual and automated tests to identify software defects, performance issues,and usability problems.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior testing engineers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in software testing and incorporate them into our testing practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on both frontend and backend testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience with web service testing tools such as SoapUI, Fiddler, Postman, etc.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, TestComplete, etc.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, track, and resolve complex software defects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior testing engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
