تمرکز کارشناس عملیات بر رسیدگی به درخواستها و رزروهای حمل و نقل هوایی/دریایی/جادهای از جمله مدیریت خدمات مشتری و هماهنگی با بخشهای فروش، حسابداری و سایر بخشها است.
مسئولیتهای کلیدی:
- مکاتبه و ارتباط با نمایندگان بینالمللی و محلی، و شرکتهای حملونقل برای اهداف مدیریت قیمت و عملیات.
- با استفاده از نرمافزار نظارت و پیگیری-z. (کاروان).
- سفارشات تحویل، رسیدهای انبار، و epls.
- گزارشهای ماهانه برای مدیریت تهیه کنید.

شرایط:
- مدرک لیسانس در هر موضوعی.
- حداقل 3 سال تجربه کاری در حمل و نقل بینالمللی، سازمان تدارکات، یا صنعت حمل و نقل با انگیزه بالا

Operations Expert's focus is on handling Air/Sea/Road freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond and liaise with international and local agents, and carriers for pricing and operations purposes.
- Monitor and track shipments from A-Z.
- Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN).
- Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs.
- Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
