Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at TEXOOM, you will play a crucial role in crafting eye-catching and compelling visuals for various purposes. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Design and Graphics:
- Create visually appealing blog thumbnails, images for blog posts, and images for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Dribbble, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop and design logos, banners, and other brand assets.
- Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to bring your designs to life.
- Produce content that adheres to flat and 3D design principles, and has a strong understanding of color psychology.
- Expertly manage typography to maintain a cohesive and appealing visual style.
- Craft visually stunning design frames and ensure all content is appropriately sized for different platforms and websites.
Content Creation:
- To build and engage our audience, generate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all social media channels.
- Be proactive in suggesting and executing creative content ideas that align with our brand's identity
Optional Skills (Preferred):
- Proficiency in video editing tools like After Effects and CapCut to create dynamic and engaging video content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across different platforms.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Exceptional understanding of color theory, psychology, and typography.
- Adept at creating content optimized for various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with design principles, including flat and 3D design.
- Strong English language skills for creating content in English.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong time management and project management abilities.
- Optional: Experience with video editing software such as After Effects and CapCut.
