Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Specialist to support our Human Resources department. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth operations, excellent employee experience, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with preparation and administration of HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding paperwork.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical HR files according to company policy.
- Process HR transactions such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, overtime).
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +1 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Rahkaran.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
