Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with its strategic objectives.
• Set marketing goals aligned with the organization’s overall strategic goals.
• Prepare and execute an operational marketing plan.
• Conduct market research and apply findings to marketing efforts.
• Design and manage advertising campaigns (both ATL and BTL) and oversee event management.
• Monitor the performance of all marketing channels and develop plans for continuous improvement.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to implement processes that improve effectiveness.
• Negotiate and provide innovative solutions to attract customers through diverse channels.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts and content production.
• Collaborate with content designers and producers to ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
• Work with key stakeholders to drive business opportunities and campaigns, leveraging best practices to achieve customer goals and business growth.
• Hire, train, and manage the marketing team.
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role (experience in the financial services industry is a plus).
• Experience in managing SEO projects.
• Strong understanding of branding.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and project management.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
