Job Description
· Provide expertise in the design and delivery of trainings and developments by performing needs analysis, development of training objectives, overall course content, exercises, supports, guides and training aids and assessment tools, including online trainings.
· Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs and preparing training annual calendar.
· Identify training resources and match them to needs
· Coordinate arrangement of training plan with learning providers
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, and providing recommendations for improvement.
· Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
· Create brochures and training materials.
· Perform newcomers' onboarding programs.
· Perform Employee Engagement measurement and recommending measures to improve employee retention.
· Participate in delivering successful developmental projects and support major organizational changes; influencing, building, and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.
· Assist with corporate culture promotions.
· Assist with the employer branding plans.
· Provide department reports
Requirements
- At least 2 Years of Experience in the field of Learning & Development
- Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiar with some Learning & Developments softwares
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Action and result oriented, self-motivated and innovative.
