Back-End Developer

Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building high-performing, scalable applications using a range of technologies including FAST API, relational databases, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Flask to interface with front-end applications and other backend services.
Implement and maintain database schemas that represent and support business processes using relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Utilize Redis for caching data and managing session states to enhance application performance.
Integrate RabbitMQ for asynchronous task management and inter-service communication to ensure reliable and efficient data processing.
Employ Elasticsearch to provide advanced search capabilities and optimize search operations within the application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design comprehensive solutions, and ensure consistent application performance.
Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and document software functionalities to improve system maintainability and reliability.
Monitor application performance and implement optimizations in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in software development to continuously improve the product.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Python development with a strong understanding of the Flask framework.
Proficient in using SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
Experience with Redis and its use cases in caching and session management.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search engines.
Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and experience developing them.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
