We are looking for a committed and experienced Sales Specialist who is capable of analyzing the market, developing sales strategies, and actively participating in direct sales and tender and bidding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential candidates for dealership/representation
• Negotiating and signing contracts with sales representatives
• Analyzing market data and identifying new sales opportunities
• Continuously evaluating the sales performance of representatives and keeping them informed of their status and progress
• Preparing periodic sales performance reports
• Conducting regular visits to selected provinces for on-site monitoring and field control
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in B2B customer relations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose creative solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
