ما در آونگ به دنبال یک حسابدار هستیم که علاوه بر آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم و اصول حسابداری، اطلاعات مالی شرکت را در نرم‌افزار راهکاران سیستم ثبت نماید و جهت برقراری ارتباط با همکاران خارج از کشور و بررسی مدارک بانکی بین‌المللی تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی داشته باشد.

وظایف کلیدی:

• ثبت اطلاعات مالی: ورود و ثبت دقیق اطلاعات مالی و حسابداری در سامانه راهکاران.
• تهیه گزارش‌های مالی: تولید گزارش‌های مالی و تحلیلی از داده‌های ثبت شده برای مدیران.
• کنترل اسناد مالی: بررسی و کنترل اسناد حسابداری، فاکتورها و مدارک لازم و اطمینان از صحت آن‌ها.
• انجام تسویه حساب :مدیریت تسویه حساب‌ها با تأمین‌کنندگان و مشتریان.
• همکاری با دفاتر خارج از کشور: برقراری ارتباط با همکاران انگلیسی زبان جهت تبادل اطلاعات و مستندات به زبان انگلیسی.

شرایط احراز:

• دو تا سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و ERP مانند سامانه راهکاران.
• دانش کافی در زمینه اصول و مفاهیم حسابداری.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی و کسر کسورات قانونی اعم از بیمه و مالیات.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های مالی و تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.

Eligibility requirements:
• Accounting expert with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in the solution system : Familiarity with accounting and ERP software such as the solutions system
• Accounting theories: sufficient knowledge in the field of accounting principles and concepts
• Tax affairs: Familiarity with tax laws and legal deductions, including insurance and taxes
• Data analysis: ability to analyze financial data and prepare analytical reports
