Data Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can deliver accurate analyses, build reliable data models, and generate actionable insights to support key business decisions. In this role, you will work with large datasets, develop analytical pipelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and scale end-to-end analytical projects that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Design and optimize automated data pipelines and analytical scripts using R and Python.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across production environments.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
• Contribute to data model design, metric definitions, and KPI frameworks.
• Identify and implement automation or efficiency improvements in analytical workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in R as the primary programming language.
• Good working knowledge of Python.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and production-grade analytics environments.
• working knowledge of statistics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus.
