We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Supervisor to join our institute. The ideal candidate will oversee the quality and delivery of English language programs, provide support to the teaching staff, and ensure that students achieve the highest standards. Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor English instructors. • Review and enhance English course materials. • Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student progress. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. • Previous experience in supervising or managing English language programs. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning. • Proficiency in English; TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification is a plus. • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of teaching and supervisory experience.
