شرح موقعیت شغلی:
این موقعیت شغلی مربوط به یک شرکت فعال در حوزه حملونقل است که به دنبال همکاری با یک معاون استراتژی باتجربه و دادهمحور است تا رهبری کلان برنامهریزی سازمان را در سطح استراتژیک و عملیاتی بر عهده بگیرد.
در این نقش، مسئولیت شما شامل طراحی و پیادهسازی چارچوبهای برنامهریزی، مدیریت عملکرد، بودجهریزی یکپارچه و توسعه سیستمهای تحلیلی خواهد بود. همچنین با همکاری نزدیک با مدیران ارشد، اطمینان حاصل میکنید که اهداف سازمان با عملکرد واقعی بخشها همراستا بوده و تصمیمگیریها بر پایه داده و تحلیل دقیق انجام شود.
مسئولیتهای اصلی:
- رهبری فرآیندهای برنامهریزی استراتژیک و کنترل عملکرد در سطح سازمان
- طراحی و پیادهسازی چارچوبهای Business Plan (BP) و Feasibility Study (FS)
- مدیریت فرآیند تدوین برنامههای عملیاتی سالانه و سیستمهای بودجهریزی
- ایجاد و استقرار سیستمهای مدیریت عملکرد مبتنی بر KPI و Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
- نظارت بر تحلیل دادهها، طراحی داشبوردها و استفاده از ابزارهای تحلیلی مانند Power BI
- هماهنگی با واحدهای توسعه کسبوکار و مدیریت پروژه برای همراستاسازی برنامهها
- همکاری مستمر با مدیران ارشد جهت همراستا کردن استراتژی سازمان با اهداف عملیاتی و مالی
- ارائه مدلسازیهای مالی و گزارشهای تحلیلی برای تصمیمگیری مدیریت
- تقویت ارتباطات بینبخشی و ایجاد یکپارچگی در فرآیندهای برنامهریزی و گزارشدهی
شرایط احراز:
- تجربه قابلتوجه در برنامهریزی استراتژیک و عملیاتی در سازمانهای بزرگ
- تسلط بر data analysis، بودجهریزی، عملکردسنجی و مدیریت منابع
- مهارت بالا در رهبری، ارتباطات سازمانی و تصمیمگیری در محیطهای پیچیده
- آشنایی کامل با ابزارهای تحلیلی مانند Power BI، Excel و چارچوبهای تحلیلی (SWOT، PESTEL، Porter’s 5 Forces)
- تسلط بر استانداردهای مدیریت پروژه (PMBOK/Agile) و تحلیل کسبوکار
- مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا بالاتر در MBA، اقتصاد، مهندسی صنایع از دانشگاههای معتبر
- تجربه در صنعت حملونقل ریلی یا پروژههای زیرساختی گسترده مزیت محسوب میشود
مهارتهای کلیدی:
- توانمندی بالا در تحلیل دادهها و ساخت داشبوردهای مدیریتی
- تسلط بر طراحی KPI و سیستمهای ارزیابی عملکرد
- مهارت در مدلسازی مالی و برنامهریزی منابع
- تفکر استراتژیک همراه با نگاه اجرایی
- توان هدایت تیم و مدیریت چند پروژه همزمان

Job Description:
This job position is related to a company active in the field of transportation, which is looking for cooperation with an experienced and data-oriented strategy deputy to take the leadership of the organization's planning at the strategic and operational level.
In this role, your responsibility will include the design and implementation of planning frameworks, performance management, integrated budgeting and the development of analytical systems. Also, by working closely with senior managers, you ensure that the goals of the organization are aligned with the actual performance of the departments and that decisions are made based on accurate data and analysis. Main responsibilities: - Leading strategic planning processes and performance control at the organization level - Designing and implementing Business Plan (BP) and Feasibility Study (FS) frameworks - Managing the process of compiling annual operational plans and budgeting systems - Creating and deploying performance management systems based on KPI and Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
- Supervising data analysis, designing dashboards and using analytical tools such as Power BI
- Coordination with business development and project management units to align programs
- Continuous collaboration with senior managers to align the organization's strategy with operational and financial goals
- Providing financial modeling and analytical reports for management decision-making
- Strengthening interdepartmental communication and creating integration in planning and reporting processes Certification conditions: - Significant experience in strategic and operational planning in large organizations - Mastery of data analysis, budgeting, performance measurement and resource management - High skill in leadership, organizational communication and decision-making in complex environments - Thorough knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel and analytical frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's 5 Forces) - Mastery of project management standards (PMBOK/Agile) and analysis Business
- Master's degree or higher in MBA, economics, industrial engineering from reputable universities
- Experience in the rail transportation industry or extensive infrastructure projects is an advantage
