We are looking for an enthusiastic Import & Customs Affairs Manager to join our purchasing team.

In this role, you will;
- Coordinate and oversee import processes to ensure the timely delivery of materials while optimizing shipments in collaboration with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Manage customs filings, HS codes, and duty payments while keeping up-to-date with trade laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Prepare and review all shipping documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation while efficiently resolving customs-related disputes.
- Monitor import-related costs, identify opportunities for cost savings, and maximize the benefits of applicable trade agreements.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and regulatory bodies, while preparing detailed performance reports on KPIs and achieved cost savings.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years in import operations or customs affairs, preferably in a global organization.
- Expertise in customs regulations and trade compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Quick response to regulatory changes or shipment issues.
