As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive measurable growth by turning data into results. You’ll manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, continuously testing and scaling what works to ensure every dollar spent delivers maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to drive scalable and measurable growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Optimize full-funnel performance from acquisition to conversion and retention
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across all campaigns
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and optimization strategies
- Manage, mentor, and support performance marketing team members
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms
- Ability to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
