Job Summary
The Senior Brand Acquisition Specialist in the Fashion Department is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing partnerships with new brands and suppliers in apparel, footwear, and accessories. This role involves negotiating with partners, analyzing market trends and competitive opportunities, assessing sales potential, and managing the onboarding process of new brands into the Digikala platform. The primary goal of this position is to expand the variety and quality of fashion products and enhance the overall shopping experience for Digikala customers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential brands, manufacturers, and sellers across fashion categories (apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories)
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with brands in alignment with Digikala’s business strategies.
- Manage the onboarding process of new brands, ensuring accurate and smooth integration of their products and data into internal systems.
- Monitor the performance of newly acquired brands and provide improvement recommendations to boost sales and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Content, and Logistics teams to optimize brand performance on the platform.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to brand acquisition, activation, and sales growth.
- Prepare analytical and performance reports regarding brand growth, category trends, and development opportunities.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply, business development, or sales (preferably in the fashion industry).
- Strong knowledge of the apparel and fashion market, including domestic and international trends.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and business relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
