مسئولیت‌ها:

• کنترل و نظارت بر وضعیت کانتینرها و اسناد مربوطه.
• هماهنگی با سایر بخش‌ها برای مدیریت بهینه کانتینرها.
• ثبت و پیگیری مستندات مرتبط با حمل‌ونقل.
• پاسخگویی به ایمیل‌ها و مکاتبات بین‌المللی به زبان انگلیسی.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای و مستندات مورد نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (نوشتاری و گفتاری).
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای حمل و نقل و کنترل کانتینرها.
• مهارت‌های کامپیوتری و توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
• توانایی مدیریت اسناد و مستندات در محیط‌های مختلف.
• دقت و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا.
