Tahagasht Travel Agency, a leading company in the tourism and travel industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Lead to join its team in order to develop and enhance its online sales systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical development team of the online sales platform
- Identify team challenges and provide effective solutions
- Build strong communication between team members and external contractors
- Design and propose innovative technical solutions to improve software quality and performance
- Manage the process of software development, maintenance, and upgrades with a focus on quality and scalability
- Continuously monitor project progress to ensure goals and timelines are met
- Organize regular meetings with the team and contractors to review progress and resolve issues
- Analyze software strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements to management
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of web-based software architecture, especially Microservices
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Hands-on experience with ORMs, particularly Hibernate
- Familiarity with Spring Framework (considered a plus)
- Strong knowledge of databases (experience with Oracle is a plus)
- Familiarity with web services and APIs (SOAP and REST)
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectures
- Familiarity with ticketing and tour booking processes in the travel industry (considered a plus)
