Commissioning Engineer - آقا

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the OPI, installation, commissioning, and integration of centrifugal compressors, lube oil systems, auxiliary systems, and surge protection systems across customer sites.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of centrifugal compressors, ensuring seamless integration with plant systems.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lube oil systems, auxiliary systems, and surge protection systems.

3. Conduct detailed inspections, including foundation alignment, levelling, and system setup.
Provide technical advice and support to clients and on-site teams during all commissioning phases.

4. Collaborate with customers to ensure project milestones are met while adhering to safety protocols.

5. Prepare daily technical and activity reports and maintain thorough documentation for each project.

6. Represent the company professionally, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance as needed.


Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the oil, gas, petrochemical or metallurgy industries.

Proven experience working with centrifugal compressors.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, and alignment techniques.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and process-related issues.

Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
