Scrum Master & Business Analyst

1) Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
2) Maintain and synchronize project progress, backlogs, and sprint plans in Azure DevOps, ensuring updates are reflected in Jira for PMO alignment.  
3) Identify, track, and help remove obstacles that hinder team progress in data engineering, warehousing, and Power BI development workflows.  
4) Collaborate with the team lead and product owner to prioritize, and estimate the backlog—ensuring clarity on data pipelines, transformation logic, and    dashboard features.  
5) Act as a Business Analyst by engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations for deliverables.  
6) Monitor sprint progress, completed work, report on velocity and deliverables at the end of each sprint and ensure the team adheres to the Definition of    Done. 
7) Serve as the primary point of coordination between the Data/BI team and the IT PMO, ensuring compliance with organizational project management          standards.   
8) Identification and resolution of obstacles, problems, and conflicts among stakeholders in the project and team. 
9) Coordination to meet time commitments, manage performance, and organizational priorities. 
10) Training and implementation of Scrum process within the team based on Scrum principles and practices to improve workflow and processes. 
11) Promote Agile best practices and provide coaching to team members on Scrum principles, especially within the context of data projects using **Microsoft Fabric** and **Power BI**. 

Requirments
1) Excellent organizational and time management skills
2) Mastery of Agile concepts and Scrum methodology.
3) 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in data engineering, Business Intelligence, or software development teams using related Project management tools. (Azure DevOps and Jira)
4) Strong understanding of end-to-end data project lifecycles (data acquisition, engineering, warehousing, transformation, and visualization).  
5) Experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into technical user stories.  
6) Strong communication, team building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
7) Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role that combines Scrum mastery with business analysis responsibilities.
8) Basic understanding of Data and BI projects. Familiarity with methods of preparing statistical, analytical, and managerial reports and dashboards.
9) High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
10) Professional in English.
