مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های مالی و حسابداری شرکت
تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی متناسب با اهداف کلان سازمان
مدیریت جریان‌های نقدی، بودجه‌بندی و کنترل هزینه‌ها
نظارت بر تهیه و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه
کنترل و مدیریت حساب‌های ارزی، تسعیر ارز و ریسک‌های مالی مرتبط
نظارت بر SOA، مطالبات، بدهی‌ها و تسویه‌حساب با مشتریان، نمایندگی‌ها و خطوط کشتیرانی
کنترل هزینه‌های عملیاتی حمل‌ونقل (دموراژ، دیتنشن، انبارداری، ترانزیت و …)
نظارت بر رعایت قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه‌ای و مقررات قانونی مرتبط
هدایت تیم مالی، ارزیابی عملکرد و توسعه منابع انسانی واحد مالی
تعامل حرفه‌ای با حسابرسان، بانک‌ها، مؤسسات مالی و مراجع قانونی
ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و مدیریتی به مدیریت عامل جهت تصمیم‌سازی

شرایط احراز:

حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد در حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط
-آشنایی کامل و حرفه ای با نرم افزار حسابداری سپیدار.
کنترل ، اصلاح و تأیید اسناد مالی شامل مغایرت گیری بانکی، حقوق و دستمزد، ارزش افزوده، گزارش های فصلی، خزانه،
فروش و بازرگانی، مالیاتی، سود و زیان
حداقل 7 تا 10 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه مالی (تجربه در شرکت‌های کشتیرانی یا فورواردری الزامی)
سابقه مدیریتی در واحد مالی یا حسابداری
تسلط کامل بر استانداردهای حسابداری، گزارشگری مالی و کنترل‌های داخلی
آشنایی عمیق با فرآیندهای مالی حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و لجستیک
تسلط بر مدیریت بودجه، جریان نقدی و تحلیل مالی
تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی در مکاتبات و مذاکرات مالی (الزامی)

Description of duties and responsibilities:

Planning, directing and monitoring all financial and accounting activities of the company
Developing and implementing financial strategies in accordance with the organization's overall goals
Managing cash flows, budgeting and cost control
Supervising the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Controlling and managing foreign exchange accounts, currency exchange and related financial risks
Supervising SOA, claims, debts and Settlement of accounts with customers, agents and shipping lines
Control of transportation operational costs (demurrage, detention, storage, transit, etc.)
Monitoring compliance with tax, insurance and related legal regulations
Leading the financial team, evaluating the performance and development of human resources of the financial unit
Professional interaction with auditors, banks, financial institutions and legal authorities
Providing analytical and management reports to the executive management for decision Eligibility requirements: At least a master's degree in accounting, financial management or related fields - Complete and professional familiarity with Sepidar accounting software. Controlling, correcting and verifying financial documents including bank reconciliations, payroll, value added, quarterly reports, treasury, sales and trading, tax, profit and loss At least 7 to 10 years of related work experience in the financial field (experience in shipping companies or forwarding required)
Management experience in financial or accounting unit
Complete mastery of accounting standards, financial reporting and internal controls
In-depth familiarity with financial processes of international transport and logistics
Mastery of budget management, cash flow and financial analysis
Relative mastery of English in correspondence and financial negotiations (mandatory)
