Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and monitor effective internal processes, procedures and workflows to get the best out of the team and stay aligned with the marketing team priorities
- Develop and define team KPIs and metrics, and plan to design and execute effective strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing insight specialists , define team KPIs and metrics, providing guidance and support in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and skill development.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of marketing data, including customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability and quality of marketing data.
Integrate data from various sources, such as CRM systems, web analytics, and social media platforms. - Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights and patterns from complex datasets.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy optimization.
- Work closely with marketing managers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge and skill of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Deep knowledge of Marketing area and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
