مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

یک شرکت فعال در حوزه پتروشیمی ، به دنبال مدیر مالی توانمند و نتیجه گرا است که بتواند با قدرت تعامل بین واحدهای عملیاتی و فروش و با رویکرد علمی، تحلیلی و مدیریتی تصمیمات مالی، برنامه ریزی نقدینگی و کنترل هزینه های سازمان را مدیریت کند.

شرح وظایف:
1- تسلط کامل به نرم افزارهای حسابداری، حقوق و دستمزد، خزانه، انبار، خرید، فروش و ....
2- تسلط در بودجه بندی، تحلیل و مدیریت ریسک های مالی و ارائه راهکارهای عملی به موقع.
3- تسلط بر برنامه ریزی و مدیریت منابع مالی، تعامل با بانک ها و مؤسسات مالی برای اخذ تسهیلات یا مدیریت تعهدات.
4- تسلط در تهیه صورتهای مالی، ترازنامه سود و زیان، گزارش حسابرسی داخلی و خارجی.
5- تسلط بر قوانین و تنظیم اظهارنامه مالیاتی، ارزش افزوده، فصلی و عملکرد، سامانه مودیان و ارزش افزوده و پیگیری پرونده های مالیاتی.
6- تسلط بر فرآیندهای خرید و واردات خارجی کالا.
7- تسلط بر تحلیل وضعیت مالی شرکت، پایش شاخص های کلیدی (kpi) و ارائه گزارش های مدیریتی به هیئت مدیره.
8- تسلط بر امور مربوط به تسویه تعهد ارزی صادرات و واردات.
9- تسلط بر روش های نوین تامین مالی غیر از بانک از طریق بازار سرمایه و غیره.
10- تسلط بر مدیریت جریان نقدی، پیش بینی مالی و تحلیل سودآوری پروژه ها.
11- آموزش و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی مالی.

شرایط واجد شرایط بودن
1- لیسانس و بالاتر در رشته های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی، اقتصاد.
2- حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مدیریتی مرتبط (معاونت یا مدیریت مالی) در شرکت های بزرگ در زمینه epc با گردش مالی بالا.
3- آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالیاتی و مقررات بیمه تامین اجتماعی و سابقه حضور در کمیته های مربوطه.
4- تسلط کامل بر نرم افزار office و erp.
5- داشتن تفکر استراتژیک و دیدگاه کلان.
6- صادق، مسئولیت پذیر، قابل اعتماد. کوشا
7- همکاری و تعامل بسیار بالا با واحدهای هم سطح.

A company active in the petrochemical field near Mirdamad Maidan Mader is looking for a capable and result-oriented financial manager who can manage financial decisions, liquidity planning and cost control of the organization with the power of interaction between operational and sales units and with a scientific, analytical and managerial approach.

Description of duties:
1- Complete mastery of accounting software, payroll, treasury, warehouse, purchase, sale, etc.
2- Mastery in budgeting, analysis and management of financial risks and providing timely practical solutions.
3- Mastering the planning and management of financial resources, interacting with banks and financial institutions to obtain facilities or manage obligations.
4- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, profit and loss balance sheets, internal and external audit reports.
5- Mastering the laws and regulation of tax declarations, added value, seasonality and performance, system of taxpayers and added value and follow up of tax cases.
6- Mastering the processes of foreign purchase and import of goods.
7- Mastering the analysis of the company's financial situation, monitoring key indicators (kpi) and presenting management reports to the board of directors.
8- Mastering matters related to the settlement of export and import foreign exchange obligations.
9- Mastery of new methods of financing other than the bank through the capital market and so on.
10- Mastering cash flow management, financial forecasting and profitability analysis of projects.
11- Training and empowerment of financial human resources.

Eligibility criteria
1- Bachelor's degree or higher in the fields of accounting, financial management, economics.
2- At least 10 years of relevant managerial work experience (deputy or financial management) in large companies in the field of epc with high turnover.
3- Full familiarity with tax laws and social security insurance regulations and history of attending relevant committees.
4- Complete mastery of office and erp software.
5- Having strategic thinking and macro view.
6- Honest, responsible, reliable. diligent
7- Very high cooperation and interaction with units of the same level.
