کارشناس فروش | Sales Expert

شرح شغل:

• پاسخگویی به تماس‌ها، مشاوره تلفنی، وقت‌دهی به مراجعین.
• ارائه اطلاعات دقیق در مورد خدمات کلینیک.
• پیگیری مشتریان.
• همکاری در اجرای کمپین‌های بازاریابی.
• شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید (از طریق روش‌های مختلف مانند بازاریابی تلفنی و آنلاین).
• پیگیری مشتریان و رسیدگی به نیازها و درخواست های ایشان به‌صورت حضوری و تلفنی.
• پیگیری روند درمان مشتریان.
• اطمینان از رضایت مشتریان.
• تهیه گزارش‌های فروش و دستیابی به اهداف فروش.
• انجام وظایف اداری مرتبط با فروش.
• هماهنگی با سایر تیم‌ها و جستجوی روش‌های نوین برای ارتقاء برند.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل یک سال تجربه فروش (ترجیحاً در حوزه خدمات).
• آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• توانایی کار تیمی.
• علاقه‌مندی به حوزه روانشناسی.

Coordinating with other teams and looking for new ways to promote the brand.
Required skills:
At least one year of experience Sales (preferably in the service field),
knowledge of marketing principles,
strong communication skills, ability to work in a team,
interest in the field of psychology.
