در مورد نقش
ما به دنبال یک کنترل کننده مالی با تجربه برای رهبری و مدیریت کلیه عملکردهای کنترلی، مالی و اداری شرکت محلی خود هستیم. این نقش حیاتی مستقیماً به مدیر کل گزارش می دهد و از نزدیک با تیم های منطقه ای و شرکتی همکاری می کند. این نقش همچنین بر قوانین و انطباق که به تصمیمات تجاری استراتژیک و عملیاتی کمک می کند نظارت می کند.

مسئولیت های کلیدی
• هدایت عملکردهای کنترل مالی، حصول اطمینان از گزارش دقیق، بودجه بندی، پیش بینی و انطباق.
• تهیه گزارش ها و صورت های مالی ماهانه، سه ماهه و سالانه (p&l، ترازنامه و غیره).
• برنامه های مالی 3 ساله، پیش بینی ها و برنامه های تجاری را توسعه و اجرا کنید.
• از انطباق کامل با مقررات مالیات محلی، مالیات مالیات بر ارزش افزوده و بیمه اجتماعی اطمینان حاصل کنید.
ارزیابی قابلیت مالی سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها و پروژه‌های جدید (مثلاً راه‌اندازی کارخانه‌های جدید، m&a).
• با حسابرسان، بانک ها، مشاوران حقوقی و مقامات محلی همکاری کنید.
الزامات
• مدرک لیسانس در حسابداری، مالی، یا رشته های مرتبط (ترجیحاً کارشناسی ارشد).
• حداقل 10 سال تجربه مرتبط، ترجیحاً در شرکت های چند ملیتی یا بین المللی.
• دانش قوی از قوانین مالیاتی ایران، مقررات تامین اجتماعی و انطباق مالی.
• تجربه ثابت شده در تجزیه و تحلیل مالی، بودجه بندی، کنترل، و گزارش.
• آشنایی با سیستم های erp و مهارت های پیشرفته ms office.
• تجربه در هماهنگی امور حقوقی و حقوقی یک امتیاز قوی است.
• مهارت های ارتباطی عالی، رهبری و مدیریت پروژه.
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (گفتاری و نوشتاری) ضروری است.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead and manage all controlling, financial, and administrative functions of our local company. This critical role reports directly to the General Manager and partners closely with Regional and Corporate teams. The role also oversees Legal and Compliance contributing to both strategic and operational business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial controlling functions, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
• Develop and implement 3-year financial plans, forecasts, and business plans.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax, VAT, and social insurance regulations.
• Evaluate financial viability of investments and new projects (e.g. new factory setups, M&A).
• Collaborate with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and local authorities.
• Support the GM in strategic planning, acquisitions, and business expansion.
• Prepare presentations for regional and corporate management.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, integrity, and adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational or international companies.
• Strong knowledge of Iranian tax laws, social security regulations, and financial compliance.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, controlling, and reporting.
• Familiar with ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience in HR and legal affairs coordination is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
