شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی محتوایی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی با تمرکز بر افزایش تعامل و رشد دنبال‌کنندگان.
• تولید محتوای متنی، تصویری و ویدیویی متناسب با لحن برند.
• مدیریت صفحات اینستاگرام و لینکدین به‌صورت حرفه‌ای و روزانه.
• پایش روندهای روز و الگوریتم‌های پلتفرم‌ها و به‌کارگیری آن‌ها در تولید محتوا.
• برنامه‌ریزی تقویم محتوایی و همکاری با تیم طراحی، تبلیغات و سئو.
• تحلیل عملکرد محتواها و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و پیشنهادات بهبود.

شرایط احراز و توانمندی‌های مورد انتظار:

• حداقل 7 سال سابقه تولید محتوا در فضای دیجیتال.
• تسلط کامل به اینستاگرام و لینکدین (استراتژی محتوا، الگوریتم، تبلیغات، افزایش تعامل).
• توانایی نگارش محتوای حرفه‌ای، جذاب و متناسب با برند.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای طراحی گرافیکی (Canva ،Adobe Express یا فتوشاپ).
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های شبکه‌های اجتماعی (Insights و Analytics).
• خلاق، منظم.
• آشنایی با مخاطب‌شناسی.

Hiring a senior content specialist with a focus on social media development and growth;

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-oriented senior content specialist who is professionally proficient in managing and growing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn. If you can create high-quality, targeted content aligned with the brand and possess a deep understanding of social platform algorithms and user behavior, your place is vacant in our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a content strategy on social networks with a focus on increasing engagement and growing followers.
• Produce text, image, and video content in line with the brand tone.
• Manage Instagram and LinkedIn pages professionally and daily.
• Monitor current trends and platform algorithms and apply them in content production.
• Plan a content calendar and collaborate with the design, advertising, and SEO teams.
• Analyze content performance and provide analytical reports and improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in content production in the digital space.
• Complete mastery of Instagram and LinkedIn (content strategy, algorithm, advertising, increasing engagement).
• Ability to write professional, attractive, and brand-appropriate content.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop).
• Ability to analyze social media data (Insights and Analytics).
• Creative, organized.
• Familiarity with audience research.
