As part of the design team, this role contributes to creating intuitive digital interactions, ensuring consistency, and supporting the product’s overall usability and appeal.Key Responsibilities:Craft clear and engaging microcopy, error messages, and user flows to guide and assist users.Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content aligns with design goals and product requirements.Develop and refine content guidelines to maintain a consistent voice and tone across the product.Participate in user testing to evaluate and iterate on content effectiveness.Analyze user feedback and data to improve workflows and enhance user satisfaction.Maintain documentation for content standards and best practices.Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for product and feature development.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in UX writing or content-related positions.Proven ability to create a user-focused, engaging, and concise copy.Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.Familiarity with design tools like Figma and user experience principles.Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
