We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Blu Bank. In this role, you’ll lead the development, launch, and optimization of NeoBank solutions, including Savings, Loans, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and other advanced financial features (some of which we can’t reveal just yet!). You’ll collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team focused on building impactful, innovative financial products.Define and drive product strategy from concept to launch and growth.Identify market opportunities through data analysis, user feedback, and competitive research.Build and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.Define and track key product metrics (OKRs) to measure impact and success.Prioritize initiatives and make data-driven decisions to maximize value.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-impact products.Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to optimize product performance.Ensure product vision and strategy are well communicated and aligned across stakeholders.5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or neobanking.Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.Excellent prioritization and strategic decision-making skills.Proficiency with product management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with neobank and fintech trends +Work from home optionFlexible working hoursTraining courses and professional development opportunitiesMilitary service project (Limited)Supplemental health insuranceTeam-building budgetPerformance-based bonusesLoansLunch subsidies
