وظایف و مسئولیت‌ ها
• نظارت بر اجرای ضوابط تولید محصولات دارویی بر اساس استانداردهای GMP
• مشارکت در ارزیابی و تأیید تأمین‌کنندگان بر اساس اصول GXP و کنترل انطباق با ضوابط و استانداردها
• نظارت بر نحوه انجام آزمایشات کنترل کیفیت و حصول اطمینان از ارائه محصول با کیفیت مطلوب
• اطمینان از رعایت اصول GXP از طریق نظارت بر نظافت تجهیزات، فضاهای تولید و فرآیندها
• نظارت بر تهیه، تکمیل و ارائه پرونده‌ها و مستندات لازم برای فرآورده‌های دارویی
• مشارکت فعال در مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی نیروی انسانی و همکاری در انتخاب افراد مناسب
• تعامل مؤثر با واحدهای تولید، کنترل کیفیت و تضمین کیفیت


شایستگی ‌های تخصصی و رفتاری:

• تسلط کامل به اصول GXP، فارماکوپه‌ها و استانداردهای دارویی
• آشنایی کامل با الزامات و دستورالعمل‌های TTAC
• تسلط بر مستندسازی، گزارش‌نویسی و مکاتبات فنی
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در صنعت دارو
• مسئولیت‌پذیری، دقت بالا و توانایی تصمیم‌گیری
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر

Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitoring the implementation of the rules for the production of pharmaceutical products based on GMP standards
• Participation in the evaluation and approval of suppliers based on the principles of GXP and controlling compliance with the rules and standards
• Monitoring how to conduct quality control tests and ensuring the provision of products with the desired quality
• Ensuring compliance with the principles of GXP through monitoring the cleanliness of equipment, production spaces and processes
• Monitoring the preparation, completion and presentation of necessary files and documentation for products Pharmaceutical
• Active participation in the management and optimization of human resources and cooperation in selecting the right people
• Effective interaction with production, quality control and quality assurance units


Specialized and behavioral competencies
• Complete mastery of GXP principles, pharmacopoeias and pharmaceutical standards
• Complete familiarity with TTAC requirements and instructions
• Mastery of documentation, report writing and technical correspondence
• At least 5 years of related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Responsibility Adaptability, high precision and ability to make decisions
• Team work ability and effective communication
