Job Description :
We are seeking a Product Marketing Merchandising Senior Specialist to lead the arrangement and optimization of all visual elements across our homepage, inner-homepages, product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs), banners, and promotional spaces on the website and mobile application. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user behavior analysis, product analysis, UX optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing data analytics. Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital merchandising strategies across the website and mobile app.
Strategically arrange carousels, banners, promotional spaces, and product placements to improve user engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure cohesive and
effective placement of merchandising elements aligned with business goals.
Maintain visual and content consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
Analyze user behavior, including click paths, heatmaps, and conversion funnels, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices for merchandising layouts and promotional assets.
Develop and execute A/B testing plans to evaluate and enhance merchandising strategies.
Lead and coordinate digital execution of marketing campaigns and product
launches across web and app platforms.
Ensure effective visual representation and messaging of promotional campaigns to maximize impact and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of merchandising elements and promotions using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Looker Studio.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform future merchandising improvements and support business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital merchandising, UX optimization, e-commerce marketing, or CRO roles.
Experience working with merchandising for websites and mobile apps in retail or e-commerce environments.
