* دستیابی به اهداف فروش ، در قلمرو مربوطه بر اساس مورد نیاز.
* بازدیدهای منظم از داروخانه ها برای اطمینان از در دسترس بودن محصول در قلمرو و افزایش مشکلات به مدیران برای حفظ اعتبار شرکت. (داروخانه) شکایات با بررسی مشکلات ، تهیه راه حل ها ، تهیه گزارش ها و ارائه توصیه هایی به مدیریت.

* Achieve sales targets, in the relevant territory on the required basis.
* Regular visits to pharmacies to ensure product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep the company's reputation.
* Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
* Resolve customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
* Monitor distributor sales forces and communicate with them as a daily task.
* Meet call targets while focusing on top customers (usually the best or most influential pharmacies within the territory).
