شرکت دریای متحد به دنبال یک مدیر فروش و بازاریابی با تجربه در صنعت حمل و نقل و لجستیک در تهران است. این شخص نقش کلیدی در تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و فروش خواهد داشت و به عنوان یکی از مدیران ارشد شرکت، به بهبود و رشد کسب و کار کمک می‌کند.

Responsibilities:
- تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی برای افزایش درآمد و سهم بازار
- رهبری تیم‌های فروش و بازاریابی و نظارت بر عملکرد آن‌ها
- تحلیل و شناخت بازار و رقبا به منظور بهینه‌سازی استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی
- توسعه و نگهداری روابط با مشتریان کلیدی و گسترش شبکه مشتریان
- تعیین اهداف فروش و برنامه‌ریزی برای تحقق آن‌ها
- ارزیابی و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای فروش و بازاریابی

Qualifications:
- تجربه گسترده در فروش و بازاریابی به ویژه در صنعت حمل و نقل و لجستیک
- توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های فروش و بازاریابی
- مهارت‌های بین فردی و ارتباطی قوی
- توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و شناخت بازار
- خلاقیت در یافتن راه‌حل‌های جدید برای افزایش فروش و جذب مشتری
