As a Performance Marketer at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing strategies across paid channels. Your focus will be on driving measurable results, increasing visibility, and maximizing conversion rates to support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels, including Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and maximize ROI
- Manage daily budgets and allocate resources efficiently based on performance data
- Collaborate with the creative team to implement compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience
- Set up and utilize performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and platform updates to implement effective strategies
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Perform on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve content relevance and technical elements
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track key SEO metrics
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines while maintaining quality user experience
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with focus on paid advertising channels
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms
- Working knowledge of performance tracking tools like Google Analytics,Yandex Metrica, Google Tag Manager and Looker studio
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and implementation
- Creative mindset with ability to contribute ideas for campaign improvement
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
