If you are an experienced Senior Product Manager who is excited about building the country’s largest platform for enterprise commerce, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of strategic B2B products, shaping their vision and driving their success across the product lifecycle.

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Digikala Business’s long-term goals.
  • Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and secure alignment across business units for high-impact initiatives.
  • Translate business goals into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, ROI, and customer impact.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring products meet scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Validate assumptions through usability testing, pilot programs, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Ensure products solve real customer and business problems and deliver measurable value.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams, aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new capabilities.
  • Define and track key product KPIs to measure success and iterate effectively.
  • Leverage data analytics and advanced decision-making models to optimize product performance.
  • Present insights and results clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B commerce or E-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex technology products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B processes, E-commerce ecosystems, and online distribution models.
  • Experience in data-driven products (analytics, automation, CI/CD, or security).
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical trade-offs and non-functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building alignment across teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Farsi and English.
  • Customer-obsessed with a strong business acumen.
  • Highly analytical, with a bias for data-informed decisions.
  • Able to break down large, complex initiatives into incremental, deliverable milestones.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
