Roomvu, a pioneer in Video Marketing for Real Estate Agents, backed by the USA’s National Association of Realtors, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will support our HR department in managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records. This role is crucial in helping us empower Real Estate professionals to thrive amongst the big players.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee and Candidate Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Answer questions from potential hires and candidates about the recruitment process and job opportunities.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Perform data entry tasks related to employee information, maintain the HR archive, and ensure all HR documents are accurately filed and updated.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling and possibly conducting phone interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and helping with onboarding procedures.
  • HR Systems Maintenance: Update and maintain HR information systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Keep track of personal data for new hires, update employee folders, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate HR-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and company meetings.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; additional education in HR or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within tech industries.
Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Perfect fluency in both written and verbal English.
Attributes:
