Your Mission:
As a Senior Backend & Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll architect and lead the design of scalable, modular microservices that power high-performance distributed systems. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from backend architecture to infrastructure automation—ensuring reliability, observability, and security across a modern AI-driven ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a hands-on systems builder to design and scale high-performance microservices and infrastructure. You’ll architect backend systems in Python/FastAPI and manage Kubernetes deployments, optimize Postgres/pgvector databases, and build event-driven data pipelines with Redis Streams. You’ll own observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and CI/CD automation, while collaborating with AI and data teams to deploy LLM and GPU-based services. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in distributed systems, DevOps, and performance engineering—plus a passion for elegant, scalable architecture and technical leadership

Your Technical Skill:

Deep Engineering Expertise:

High-throughput distributed systems & event-driven architecture

REST/gRPC, async patterns, and service discovery

Profiling & optimizing Python performance (async tuning, uvloop)

Infra automation (Terraform, Ansible) and observability frameworks

Linux system tuning, network performance debugging

GPU compute orchestration (CUDA, NVIDIA Docker)

Strong grasp of security best practices and compliance standards

Bonus points for candidates with hands-on AI/ML infrastructure expertise, experience in multi-agent or reasoning systems, leadership in startup or R&D settings, GPU cluster management across hybrid or on-prem environments, and familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA and SOC2
