About Us:
MelliGold is a dynamic and fast-growing startup in the Goldtech space. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Admin to play a key role in managing administrative tasks and supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage work calendars
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth office functionality
- Assist the finance team with invoices, expense tracking, and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide executive support to managers
- Manage contracts with service providers and liaise with vendors
- Handle basic HR tasks, including employee attendance tracking and office welfare programs
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and improve administrative efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in startups or tech companies
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like Trello or Asana
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
