کارشناس ارشد تحلیل کسب و کار | Senior Business Analyst- Operations

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت ها :

● تحلیل End-to-End فرآیندهای عملیات E-Commerce شامل: انبار، Fulfillment، پردازش سفارش، لجستیک، تحویل، برگشتی‌ها، خدمات پس از فروش و Call Center
● کشف، صورت‌بندی و اولویت‌بندی مسائل کلیدی عملیات با نگاه پروداکتی و داده‌محور
● همکاری استراتژیک با Product Manager در تعریف Vision، Roadmap و OKRهای اسکواد Operation
● هدایت فعالیت‌های Product Discovery در حوزه عملیات (مصاحبه با کاربران عملیاتی، مشاهده میدانی، تحلیل داده)
● تعریف Problem Statement، Hypothesis و Success Metrics برای راهکارهای پروداکتی
● مشارکت فعال در طراحی و اعتبارسنجی راهکارها در کنار Product Designer
● تعریف و مستندسازی نیازمندی‌های کسب‌وکار (BRD) برای توسعه یا بهبود محصولات و سیستم‌های عملیاتی
● رهبری Pilot و UAT راهکارها در محیط واقعی عملیات و تحلیل Impact آن‌ها

شرایط احراز :

● حداقل 5 تا 8 سال تجربه مرتبط در عملیات E-Commerce، لجستیک، بهبود فرآیند، Product Operations یا Business Analysis
● سابقه کار در محیط‌های E-commerce، Retail، FMCG یا مراکز Fulfillment در مقیاس بالا
● تحصیلات مرتبط در مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی، لجستیک و زنجیره تامین یا رشته‌های مشابه
● مسلط به ابزارهای تحلیل داده زیر :
Excel / Google Sheets
Power BI یا Tableau
BPMN (Bizagi / Visio / Draw.io)
(مدل‌سازی فرآیند، Bottleneck)
Jira (یا ابزار مشابه Agile)
(Backlog، Story، Refinement)
WMS / OMS / TMS

Description of duties and responsibilities: ● End-to-End analysis of E-Commerce operation processes including: warehouse, fulfillment, order processing, logistics, delivery, returns, after-sales services and Call Center field, data analysis)
● Definition of Problem Statement, Hypothesis and Success Metrics for product solutions
● Active participation in the design and validation of solutions alongside the Product Designer
● Definition and documentation of business requirements (BRD) for the development or improvement of products and operating systems
● Leadership of Pilot and UAT solutions in the real operation environment and their impact analysis

Qualification conditions:

● At least 5 to 8 years of related experience in operations E-Commerce, Logistics, Process Improvement, Product Operations or Business Analysis
● Work experience in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG or large-scale fulfillment centers
● Related education in industrial engineering, industrial management, logistics and supply chain or similar fields
● Proficient in the following data analysis tools:
Excel / Google Sheets
Power BI or Tableau
BPMN (Bizagi / Visio / Draw.io)
(Process modeling, Bottleneck)
Jira (or similar Agile tool)
(Backlog, Story, Refinement)
WMS / OMS / TMS
