معاون توسعه سازمانی (مشاوره و اجرا) | Organizational Development Deputy

شرح وظایف:

• طراحی و اجرای مدل‌های تعالی سازمانی (مانند EFQM).
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل و بهبود فرآیندهای داخلی سازمان.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای پروژه‌های بهبود بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• توسعه و تقویت فرهنگ بهبود مستمر در سازمان.
• نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان و تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای.
• همکاری در تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های کیفیت و مدیریت تغییر.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت، توسعه سازمانی، مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت کیفیت.
• حداقل 7 سال تجربه در زمینه مدیریت کیفیت، تعالی سازمانی یا بهبود فرآیندها.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های تعالی سازمانی و ابزارهای بهبود کیفیت.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌های بهبود و نظارت بر اجرای آن‌ها.

مهارت‌های کلیدی:

• تفکر استراتژیک و مهارت در تحلیل فرآیندها.
• توانایی مدیریت تغییرات و اجرای پروژه‌های توسعه.
• مهارت در برقراری ارتباطات موثر و کار تیمی.

### Description of duties:
- Design and implementation of organizational excellence models (such as EFQM)

## # Qualifying conditions: - At least a master's degree in management, organizational development, industrial engineering or quality management - At least 7 years of experience in the field of quality management, organizational excellence or process improvement - Familiarity with models Organizational excellence and quality improvement tools
