کارشناس برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه | Project Planning and Control Expert

مسئولیت‌ها:

• توسعه برنامه‌های پروژه‌ها.
• نظارت بر عملکرد و پیشرفت پروژه‌ها.
• اطمینان از تکمیل پروژه‌ها بر اساس زمان‌بندی و بودجه تعیین شده.
• تسهیل همکاری و هماهنگی بین تیم‌های مختلف.
• ارائه گزارشات دوره‌ای و تحلیل عملکرد پروژه‌ها.
• تحلیل دلایل تاخیر پروژه‌ها.
• انجام امور مربوط به تجمیع گزارش‌های مورد نیاز از حوزه‌های مختلف شرکت.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا سه‌شنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر (با یک ساعت شناوری).

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری سریع.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و رهبری.
• توانایی کار تحت فشار و مدیریت چندین پروژه همزمان.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی با توانایی تفسیر داده‌ها، تجزیه‌وتحلیل روندها و تصمیم‌گیری‌های مبتنی بر داده.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع از دانشگاه‌های معتبر.
• حداقل پنج سال تجربه در زمینه‌های مشابه.
• آشنایی با متدولوژی‌های مدیریت پروژه (PMBOK و Agile).
• آشنایی با متدولوژی OKR.

داشتن موارد زیر شما را در اولویت بررسی قرار می‌دهد:

• آشنایی با مدیریت پروژه‌های حوزه IT.
• تجربه کاری در حوزه‌های پرداخت و بانکی.

• Development of project plans
• Monitoring the projects’ performance and progress
• Ensuring the completion of projects based on the schedule and budget
• Facilitating cooperation and coordination between different teams
• Providing periodical reports and analysis of project performance
• Analysis of the reasons for project delays
• Ability to problem Solving and decision Making.
• Communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Carrying out tasks related to gathering required reports from different areas of the company
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
• Familiarity with PMBOK Guideline and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with OKR methodology
• Familiarity with IT Project Management
• Experience in Payment or banking environment is an advantage
