We are looking for a Senior eCRM Specialist to help us plan and run customer relationship management activities for our projects. The role is hands-on: you will work directly with data, tools, and campaigns to make sure our clients’ customers (for example dental patients) get the right messages at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and optimize eCRM campaigns with a focus on retention and engagement.
- Use customer data to analyze behavior, segment audiences, and improve communication.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to make sure eCRM activities align with each project’s goals.
- Operate CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and keep customer databases updated.
- Track campaign performance, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements.
- Support the full customer journey—from first interaction to long-term engagement.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCRM, CRM campaigns, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and measure results.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customer databases.
- Able to manage tasks independently and deliver results without needing a big team.
- Good communication skills in Persian and English.
