Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Reporter to gather and analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in a related role and knowing Microsoft Excel required.
